BMS Sales Engineer

BMS Sales Engineer Alecto Recruitment is working closely with our client who are a UK Leading provider within the Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) Sector. Due to continued growth and development, especially across small works, they are looking to appoint a Small works manager. This is a pivotal role within a growing BEMS division, focused on driving service excellence, improving processes, and ensuring small works projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to a high standard. The Role: You'll be responsible for managing and improving the delivery of remedial and small works projects stemming from service contracts, ensuring: Projects are delivered on time and within agreed margins Logistics, materials, and engineer coordination are effectively managed Sales teams are supported with technical and delivery insight Customers receive a proactive, high-quality service experience Processes and procedures are continuously improved to enhance delivery The core aim of this position is to strengthen and evolve the existing service offering through effective management, structured processes, and strong customer communication. What We're Looking For Experience within BMS / HVAC / M&E / Building Services Knowledge of BMS / BEMS Systems is required Strong project coordination or small works management background Confident managing remedials from service teams Commercial awareness - understanding margin and delivery performance Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills Experience ordering materials and coordinating site-based works A great opportunity in a key role and joining a brilliant team and company who can offer on-going training and development.
