BMS Sales Manager

North West, Hybrid

£60,000 - £65,000 + Commission + Car + Benefits

An established and growing building technology specialist in the North West is looking to appoint a BMS Sales Manager to support its expanding project pipeline and play a key role in future leadership.

The Role
This is a pure project sales position focused on BMS and smart building solutions across the North West.

You will:

* Manage the full sales lifecycle from enquiry through to project award

* Prepare and submit detailed tenders (including points lists and estimates)

* Work closely with internal delivery and technical teams

* Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and end users

* Attend client meetings and site visits

Projects are varied, typically averaging £250k, with larger projects consistently reaching £1m+.

* Proven experience in BMS Project Sales

* Strong tendering and estimating capability

* Ability to manage complex project sales cycles

* Commercial awareness and relationship-building skills

* Ambition to progress into a leadership role

Package

* £60,000 – £65,000 basic salary + Commission based on turnover.
