BMS Service Engineer

Job Title: BMS Service Engineer (Mobile) Location: North West (Manchester/ Liverpool) Salary: Salary up to £55,000 Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced BMS Service Engineer to join a leading company within the Building Management Systems sector. This mobile role will involve servicing, maintaining, and optimising BMS systems across a variety of commercial sites. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems * Diagnose faults and perform reactive maintenance and repairs * Monitor system performance and implement improvements where necessary * Support and mentor junior engineers when required * Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction * Ensure all works are completed within agreed timeframes and service level agreements (SLAs) * Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation * Assist with small works, upgrades, and modifications to BMS systems * Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures Qualifications * Electrical or Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent) * Trend Experience * Full UK Driving Licence (essential) Benefits * Salary up to £55,000 * Car allowance * Company pension * Benefits package * Ongoing training and development opportunities
