BMW Preparation Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise vehicle preparation, including cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs.
Manage workflow to meet deadlines and maximise efficiency
Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams
Maintain quality control standards and compliance with regulations
Monitor stock levels of materials and equipment
Lead, train, and motivate the preparation team
Requirements:
Proven experience in automotive preparation, workshop control, or similar role
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
