Bodyshop Repair Technician

BODYSHOP REPAIR TECHNICIAN (COMMERCIAL) Basic Salary: £17.10 per hour Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:30 Friday 08:00 - 15:30 Location: Loughborough Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Repair Technician: - Carry out body repairs on commercial vehicles to manufacturer standards - Perform welding, panel repairs and refinishing work - Assist with fault diagnosis where required - Ensure repairs are completed safely and responsibly - Work in line with warranty procedures - Liaise with the parts department to ensure correct parts are fitted - Complete job cards accurately and maintain workshop standards - Road test vehicles where required (HGV licence advantageous) - Wear appropriate PPE at all times   Skills and Qualifications of a Bodyshop Repair Technician: - City & Guilds qualification or equivalent - Experience within HGV / PSV / commercial vehicle body repair - Experience in welding, painting and body repair - Experience within the commercial vehicle industry - Ability to produce high-quality repairs from start to finish - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently   If you think you are a good fit for this Bodyshop Repair Technician role, please contact Shauna @ Auto Skills and quote reference number 53312
