Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Bond Office Administrator to join a well-established warehouse operation based in RM20. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in import/export and customs processes within a warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with customs regulations, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting warehouse operations through effective system management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage import and export documentation in line with customs regulations.
* Ensure compliance with HMRC and warehouse customs procedures.
* Operate and update Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as Vision or similar internal systems.
* Maintain accurate commodity codes and relevant tax codes.
* Process goods-in and goods-out entries within the system.
* Prepare duty/VAT calculations and related compliance reports.
* Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure correct documentation and stock control.
* Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes.
* Follow and promote Health & Safety standards within the warehouse environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in warehouse import & export operations.
* Experience in customs clearance procedures is essential.
* GCSE qualification in Maths (or equivalent).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience using Vision system or similar Warehouse Management Systems.
* Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Experience working within a warehouse environment is required.
* Health & Safety awareness within warehouse operations is advantageous
