Bookkeeper
Bookkeeper - Retail/ Consumer Goods industry Part-time (4 days/ week or 5 days/ week with reduced hours) Permanent Waterloo, London Hybrid - 1 day working from home Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) Process supplier invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments. Maintain supplier records and resolve discrepancies promptly. Manage payment runs and monitor outstanding payables.Accounts Receivable (AR) Generate and issue customer invoices in line with trading terms. Monitor debtor balances, chase overdue payments, and maintain a clean AR ledger. Reconcile customer accounts and support credit control activity.Multicurrency & Reconciliations Process transactions across multiple currencies and maintain accurate FX records. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations across several accounts. Assist with month-end processes, including accruals and prepayments.Profit & Loss (P&L) Support Support preparation of monthly P&L reports, ensuring accurate allocation of costs and revenues. Provide variance analysis and assist with management reporting. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Bookkeeper within consumer goods, retail, or e‑commerce environments. Strong understanding of AP, AR, and general bookkeeping principles. Confident handling multicurrency transactions and reconciliations.
