Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for day-to-day branch operations
Lead, motivate and develop your team
Drive sales, margin and profitability
Deliver outstanding service to trade & retail customers
Ensure strong health & safety and compliance standards
Requirements / Skills:
Experience in a builders’ merchant leadership role
A hands-on leader who inspires and motivates
Strong commercial awareness
A passion for customer service and results
