Branch Manager Opportunity 🚀
Salary: £40,000 – £44,000 yearly + Commission
Location: Worthing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead a high-performing, established team within a fast-paced, multi-sector environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a successful branch with a strong reputation built over 25 years.
The Role
As Branch Manager, you will lead a dynamic team across industrial, driving, and care sectors, ensuring high performance, strong client relationships, and continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure service excellence
Manage and grow key client relationships
Drive revenue, performance targets, and strategic growth
Maintain high standards across multiple recruitment sectors

Manage a team of 6 Industrial Consultants, 2 Driving Consultants, and a Care division
Work within a supportive management structure

Essential Skills and Experience
Proven management experience, leading teams of 4+ staff minimum
Full UK driving licence
Strong recruitment industry experience, ideally within temporary recruitment
Background in industrial and/or driving recruitment markets
Demonstrated sales ability with a track record of achieving targets
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
