Job Advert – Multiple Trades Required 830AM - 430PM Mon- Fri Location: Arborfield Green (RG2, Reading) Duration: 12 Months Start Date: WC 16th March 2026 We are reecruiting for a Passive Fire Protection & Refurbishment Contractor delivering a 12-month renovation project across 8 residential blocks of flats in Arborfield Green (RG2). We are now recruiting the following operatives: * 3 x Semi-Skilled Labourers * 2 x Bricklayers * 2 x Joiners Scope of Works (Overview) Refurbishment and fire compliance upgrade works within communal areas, including: * Firestopping * Riser wall reconstruction * Making good and associated building works * General labouring and trade support/Refurbishment Working Pattern & Pay * 830am - 430pm Monday - Friday * Daily rates per trade to be discussed on application This is a long-term project (12 months) with programmed works throughout. Local applicants only, no travel and lodge provided. All applicants must be experienced, reliable, and available from WC 16th March 2026.
