Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Broadcast Support Engineer to join their customer support team, acting as a key technical contact for customers and helping to resolve complex product and system issues across a range of broadcast technologies.
In this Broadcast Support Engineer role, you will:
Support customers with product setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and technical enquiries
Investigate and diagnose hardware, software, networking, and system-level issues through to resolution
Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support materials to improve future issue resolution
Escalate more complex technical problems where required, while maintaining ownership of customer issues
The ideal Broadcast Support Engineer will have:
Experience supporting broadcast, media, live production, or video technology systems
Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills across hardware, software, and networked environments
An understanding of broadcast workflows, signal processing, video transport, or IP-based media systems
Experience working directly with customers in a technical support, applications, or engineering capacity
