As a Broker Sales person you will proactively and professionally, manage and grow broker sales opportunities and profitability through excellent customer service.

What you’ll do day to day
* Providing competitive quotations for Contract Hire and other vehicle funding products
* Ensure all compliance processes are understood and followed
* Deliver an incredible level of customer experience to our broker partners
* Provide accurate up to date information and ensure customer records are maintained in line with Company and manufacturer standards
* Ensure service level agreements are adhered to at all times
* Proactively promote specific vehicles and campaigns as directed by the Head of Fleet
* Understand vehicle and deal offer for brands you are responsible for
* Utilise and be competent using all funder platforms as directed by Head of Fleet
* Proactively manage a renewal process for existing customers to maximise retention
Helpful skills and qualifications

* Sales experience preferably in the automotive sector
* Experience of using multiple I.T systems
* Experience if interacting with internal/external customers and delivering exceptional customer service
* Highly organised, great attention to detail.
* Able to work under pressure and to tight time schedules.
