Building Fabric Technician/Engineer

Job description:

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled and reliable Building Fabric Technician/Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional with a strong background in installation, maintenance, and planned preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance and PPM tasks to ensure systems remain fully operational

* Conduct fault finding and repairs efficiently and safely

* Undertake testing and inspection in line with current regulations

* Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately

Requirements:

* Any trade NVQ level 2 – preferred but not essential

* Proven experience in installation, maintenance, and PPM works

* Strong knowledge of current building regulations

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Full UK driving licence
