Building Surveyor

Our client is currently seeking an experienced Building Surveyor (Scotland / Hybrid).   The Role Meet with clients to discuss project ideas and construction requirements Building surveying and defect diagnosis on commercial / residential properties Carry out feasibility studies Draught scheme designs, cost analysis documents, timelines, and specifications for works Advise on health and safety aspects of construction Advise on boundary and wall placement Advise on environmental impact, energy efficiency, and sustainability Advise on contractors and organising documents for tender Dealing with planning applications on both new build / existing Prepare insurance assessments Proficient with computer aided design (CAD) software Advanced project management skills    Skills / Qualifications Ideally you will have prior subsidence and or perils experience (fire, flood, storm) You will be MRICS qualified Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent customer service, organizational & communication skills  Interested applicants should apply online or forward their CVs to Dave Clements at Exchange Street Claims (phone number removed), (url removed),  Job Ref: DC1014.
