Building Surveyor - APC £35,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Hybrid 📍 Home Counties or London (Twickenham base) This role will focus on their residential and block management client’s, so a broad range of residential experience is essential. They respect experience and are happy to offer flexible and hybrid working. 🎯 Responsibilities * Undertake residential building surveys, homebuyers reports and defect analysis * Prepare specifications, party wall awards and licences to alter * Deliver contract administration and project coordination for refurbishment schemes * Produce reinstatement cost assessments and capital expenditure plans * Manage own workload and maintain client liaison across residential and block management portfolios ✅ Requirements * Degree or equivalent in Building Surveying * Registered for or progressing through APC * Broad residential sector experience * Experience working with block management firms (preferred) * Ability to work independently and liaise with clients and contractors 💰 Salary & Package * £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary * Transparent performance-related bonus and discretionary annual bonus * 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays * Workplace pension and RICS membership fees paid * Hybrid/flexible working * Mobile and laptop provided
