The Role This is a senior position within the Building Consultancy team, offering a varied workload across professional services, project delivery, and advisory. You will take ownership of instructions from initial appointment through to completion and billing, working independently while collaborating with senior leadership on complex schemes. Key areas of focus include: * Building Surveying & Professional Services * Project Management & Contract Administration * Commercial and Residential portfolios Key Responsibilities * Deliver a full range of Building Surveying and Project Management services to a high professional standard * Undertake dilapidations, landlord & tenant advice, and party wall matters * Carry out pre-acquisition surveys, technical due diligence, and building pathology assessments * Prepare specifications, schedules of condition, and reinstatement cost assessments * Act as a trusted technical and legal adviser to clients * Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting business development and fee generation About You * MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor * Experience managing projects and professional instructions independently * Good understanding of JCT contracts, health & safety legislation, and regulatory frameworks * Interest or experience in Building Safety and compliance, particularly Higher-Risk Buildings * Excellent communication, client-facing, and report-writing skills * Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is advantageous What’s on Offer * Competitive salary with performance-related bonus * Business development incentives * Flexible working arrangements * Comprehensive benefits package * Ongoing professional development and specialist training
