* Role Type: Full-time, office-based

* Salary: c. £35,000 - £40,000 basic, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission

Business Development Executive

JM&Co. is supporting a specialist in premium event branding in their search for a Business Development Executive.

This established business delivers high-impact branding solutions for major sporting events, from large-scale signage and bespoke installations to full venue branding. Their work features across some of the best-known events in the sporting calendar.

This is a more commercially focused opportunity suited to someone with solid business development experience, particularly in generating new opportunities, opening doors, visiting prospects and building long-term client relationships.

The role

* Proactively generating new business opportunities across sporting events, venues and brand partners

* Cold calling, prospecting and arranging meetings with potential clients

* Visiting prospects and building strong commercial relationships

* Developing and managing a healthy sales pipeline

* Preparing proposals, quotations and presentations

* Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity updates

* Representing the business at venues, trade shows and industry events

Experience and skills

* Previous experience in business development, sales or a similar commercial role

* Confident with cold outreach, lead generation and face-to-face meetings

* Strong relationship-building and communication skills

* Commercially minded, proactive and self-motivated

* Organised, professional and comfortable using CRM systems

* Experience within events, branding, signage, print or a related sector would be helpful
