Job Description
Proactively follow up on quotations using the CRM system to maximise conversion rates.
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls to existing, new, and lapsed customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Accurately maintain and update CRM data, tracking project progress and opportunities.
Provide technical support and coordinate CPD bookings to support customer engagement.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Highly motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
Confident in making outbound telesales calls and handling customer interactions.
Well organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good IT skills, with experience using CRM systems is essential.
