Business Development Executive (Part-Time)

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business for a driven and confident Part-Time Business Development Executive to join their growing team.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships over the phone, sales, and is comfortable supporting the wider team with day-to-day administration.

Key Responsibilities

* Proactive outbound calling to engineering businesses to generate new leads and opportunities

* Managing and nurturing a pipeline of prospective clients

* Supporting the internal sales process from initial enquiry through to handover

* Providing general administrative support to the sales and operations team

* Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system

* Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

About You

* Confident and professional telephone manner with experience in outbound calling or telesales

* Background in or exposure to the engineering, manufacturing, or technical sectors is advantageous

* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems
