You’ll work alongside passionate specialists, have genuine support to grow, and be part of a team where your contribution really matters. 🔍 About the Role As a Business Development Executive at Cogito, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth for our Talent Acquisition and People Insights services. This is a proactive outbound sales role focused on identifying leads, starting conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our subject matter specialists. You’ll be engaging directly with HR, Talent Acquisition, and People Leadership teams — using phone, email, and LinkedIn to build early-stage relationships and create new business opportunities. This is a role for someone who is resilient, disciplined and hungry to succeed. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing ✅ High‑volume outbound calling into HR & TA functions ✅ Running multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) ✅ Building targeted prospect lists and running campaigns ✅ Qualifying leads and booking meetings for the commercial team ✅ Logging all activity, notes and pipeline updates in the CRM ✅ Sharing insights, trends and objections gathered from the market ✅ Supporting commercial processes including proposals, customer onboarding and T&Cs 🎯 What Success Looks Like * You consistently hit weekly outreach and meeting targets * You create a steady pipeline of warm, qualified conversations * Your CRM activity is clean, accurate and up to date * You become confident in articulating our solutions to HR/TA leaders * You contribute positively to a supportive, high-performance culture ✅ What You’ll Bring * Proven Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting * Confidence speaking with senior HR & TA contacts * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to use CRMs to manage workload * Resilience, drive and a willingness to learn * Motivation to work hard, own your targets and grow your career The Offer * A salary between £27,000 and £29,000 depending upon your experience * Bonus Scheme * 25 Days Annual Leave + an additional day for your Birthday * Pension * Free Gym Membership Free Yoga/Pilates classes * Access to benefits platform: discounts, rewards and wellbeing perks to support your life inside and outside work * Hybrid Working – 50% of your time in our Bristol City Centre office and 50% from home Be part of something exciting.
