Key Responsibilities
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Promoting temporary labour solutions to industrial, food production, and agricultural businesses
* Conducting sales calls, client visits, and networking activities
* Managing and growing existing accounts
* Negotiating rates and service agreements
* Working closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met
* Achieving sales targets and contributing to company growth
Requirements
* Previous experience in business development, recruitment, or sales is essential
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Full UK driving licence
