Business Development Manager – Specialist Property Finance Fully remote Up to £75,000 basic + Car Allowance + Attractive Commission + Pension You must have strong broker connections across the UK. The Opportunity This is a high-impact role with genuine scope for progression. You’ll play a key part in originating and structuring deals while developing and strengthening broker relationships across the region. You must have experience in bridging, development or specialist lending. Longer term, there is clear potential to build and lead your own team. The business focuses on short-term, flexible liquidity solutions within the commercial property sector, including streamlined, no-valuation products that are already gaining strong traction in the market. Key Responsibilities * Originate new property finance business (bridging, development, specialist lending) * Develop and expand a strong broker network across the UK. * Manage deals from initial enquiry through to completion * Structure and package transactions with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach * Identify new market opportunities and contribute to commercial strategy * Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client journey About You * Proven track record in originating property finance business * Strong broker relationships across the UK and a desire to grow them further! * Comfortable operating autonomously within a growth-focused environment * Ambitious, driven, and motivated by leadership progression * Confident managing the full deal lifecycle * Strong communicator and natural relationship builder * Commercially aware with the ability to spot emerging opportunities What’s on Offer * Competitive base salary up to £75,000 (depending on experience) * Car allowance * Attractive commission structure * Pension * Genuine career progression with the opportunity to build and manage your own team If you’re looking for a platform to make a real impact and accelerate your career in specialist property finance, we’d love to hear from you
