Business Development Manager Location: Remote (UK-wide) Salary: £35,000 + Company Car + Bonus + Benefits Contract Type: Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to grow a national off-highway line marking portfolio across the UK. This role focuses on building relationships with major clients in sectors such as retail, logistics, infrastructure, and transport, turning opportunities into long-term, repeat contracts. You will be responsible for identifying new business, managing client relationships, and supporting proposals and tender submissions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead growth in a specialist market with a well-established company that has over 20 years of trusted partnerships. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and approach new national clients across sectors including supermarkets, retail car parks, distribution hubs, airports, railways, and national estates. * Develop strong relationships with property managers, estates teams, and procurement departments. * Lead client onboarding and supply chain approval processes. * Generate new project opportunities across multi-site national estates. * Support the preparation of proposals, tender submissions, and commercial documentation. * Build long-term partnerships to secure repeat nationwide projects. Requirements / Skills: * Proven experience in business development, national account management, or client relationship roles. * Experience in facilities management, property services, construction, infrastructure, or retail estate sales is highly desirable. * Confident approaching senior decision-makers in large organisations. * Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier onboarding. * Highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially driven. * Comfortable working remotely with national travel as required. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
