You’ll be representing a growing manufacturer in the ventilation and indoor air quality sector, operating in a market driven by tighter building regulations, energy efficiency requirements and the increasing focus on healthy homes. Demand is only going one way. You don’t need to have sold ventilation systems before. What matters is that you understand: • New build residential projects • Social housing providers and housing associations • Local authorities • Framework agreements • How specification decisions actually get made If you’ve sold into developers, housing associations or Tier 1 contractors, and know how to work the specification route, you’ll do well here.
