Business Development Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to drive new business growth within the Higher Education sector. This senior role focuses on building a strong pipeline, leading tenders and pitches, and coordinating teams to maximise win rates and commercial impact.
You’ll own go/no‑go decisions, shape pitch strategy, evolve tender processes (including smarter use of technology), and work closely with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing and delivery.
