We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing consultancy specialising in CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement solutions built around HubSpot.
The Role
This is a 100% new business role focused on winning and growing mid-market to enterprise clients across the UK.
You’ll be:
* Driving new business acquisition (70% self-generated pipeline)
* Managing inbound opportunities (30% HubSpot-generated leads)
* Selling consultative CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement solutions
* Engaging senior stakeholders (Director to C-suite)
* Running full sales cycles from discovery through to close
What You’ll Be Selling
* CRM implementation and optimisation
* Marketing automation solutions
* Sales enablement platforms
* Consultancy-led digital transformation projects
Deal sizes typically range from £8k to £120k, with scope for significantly larger enterprise engagements.
Your Market
You’ll target upper mid-market and lower enterprise organisations (up to ~5,000 employees), across sectors such as:
* Tech & SaaS
* Manufacturing & Engineering
* Logistics
* Financial Services
* Events (and more)
What Success Looks Like
* £1M annual revenue target
* ~200 weekly touchpoints (calls, emails, outreach)
* Strong pipeline management using MEDDPICC methodology
