Business Development Manager – Corporate Apparel (B2B / Enterprise Sales)

Location: Hammersmith, West London (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission

About the Company

Our client is an award-winning, design-led corporate apparel business with over 40 years’ heritage, delivering bespoke uniform and workwear solutions to global brands and high-profile clients.

Following major contract wins, including international events and luxury brand partnerships, the business is now entering an exciting growth phase and expanding its commercial team.

The Role

This is a strategic Business Development Manager role focused on winning and developing high-value B2B contracts across enterprise and corporate markets.

You will work closely with senior leadership and internal teams across design, supply chain, and delivery to manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and pipeline development through to tender, negotiation, and contract close.

This role is suited to someone who enjoys consultative, long-cycle sales and building relationships with senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and win new B2B business opportunities

* Manage a pipeline of high-value enterprise clients (£500k–£2.5M contracts)

* Lead full sales cycles including RFPs, tenders, proposals, and negotiations

* Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and procurement teams

* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored commercial solutions

* Drive long-term client partnerships and repeat business

* Achieve revenue and margin targets

Candidate Requirements

* 3–6+ years’ experience in B2B sales / business development

* Proven experience selling both products and services in a consultative environment

* Experience managing long sales cycles and/or tender (RFP) processes

* Strong track record of winning new business and building pipelines

* Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers

* Commercially strong with negotiation and closing ability

* Self-motivated and able to build your own pipeline (not fully warm desk)

Desirable:

* Background in apparel, fashion, uniforms, or creative industries

* Experience with enterprise or high-value contract sales

Important Information

* This is a long-cycle, strategic sales role not transactional

* Commission is uncapped but builds over time as deals convert

* Suited to candidates comfortable with relationship-led enterprise sales

Package & Benefits

* £60,000–£65,000 basic salary (DOE)

* Uncapped commission (paid bi-annually, based on invoiced revenue & margin)
