Business Development Manager
Salary / Package: Negotiable (£40,000 - £50,000 BASIC) + Commission
Prize Placements client, a well-respected name within financial services, are seeking a driven Business Development Manager.
The ideal Business Development Manager / Executive will be responsible in building connections with brokers, introducers, and developers, and helping structure real deals that make a difference. You’ll support senior BDMs, manage broker relationships, and play a key role in moving opportunities from enquiry to completion and will in the heart of the origination.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 year of experience in bridging, property finance, or financial services who’s ready to take a big step forward in their career.
The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible with the following:
* Build and nurture relationships with brokers and property professionals.
* Work closely with the senior BDM team to qualify new enquiries and progress deals.
* Assist in structuring loan proposals and presenting them for internal approval.
* Keep the internal CRM system and pipeline up to date.
* Spot opportunities to expand the broker network and introduce new business.
* Help shape and promote the brand presence through events, calls, and marketing activities.
* Be a proactive voice in a small but ambitious team — your ideas will be heard.
