What You'll Be Doing

* Managing the full sales cycle - prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close

* Selling into senior stakeholders and C-suite across complex enterprise accounts

* Navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes with confidence and commercial intelligence

* Delivering compelling presentations that connect platform capability to real business transformation

* Building and managing your own pipeline - this role rewards hunters

What We're Looking For

* Proven B2B 'enterprise software' sales track record - deal sizes in the £100k - £500k range

* Consistent, demonstrable performance over a sustained period

* Experience managing complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, that take 6-9 months

* Intellectually curious and technologically literate - comfortable with platforms, integrations, and workflow transformation

* Naturally consultative - you ask better questions than you give answers

* Equally credible with technical buyers and board-level stakeholders

* Tenacious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by meaningful career progression and earnings

What's on Offer

* £60,000 - £75,000 base

* £120,(Apply online only),000 OTE (uncapped above)

* Share options after qualifying period.

* Hybrid - c50/50 home and office
