Duties
* Develop and implement strategic plans to attract new clients and grow existing accounts within the security sector.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for expansion.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients through regular communication and personalised service.
* Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our security solutions.
* Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyse sales data effectively.
* Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our security offerings and generate new leads.
* Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development or sales within the security or related industry.
* Strong knowledge of CRM software
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively within a team environment.
* Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
* Relevant qualifications in business administration, marketing or security management are desirable but not essential.
