Business Development Manager – Transport & Logistics Location: Nottinghamshire (Field Based) Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £50,000 basic + Uncapped Commission (OTE £80,000+) Benefits: Company car or allowance, Laptop & Phone, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (plus 1 extra day per year of service) Our client, a well-established family-run courier and logistics company, is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the UK Director, you will be responsible for generating new business and increasing commercial turnover. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and cold call new businesses * Book and attend sales meetings * Identify key transport decision makers * Win recurring monthly transport accounts * Manage and maintain your own sales pipeline Target Customers: Businesses spending £5,000 – £30,000 per month on transport services.
