Business Development Manager – HVAC / Mechanical £65,000 – £75,000 + Bonus + Car/Allowance Manchester Senior Growth Appointment Are you an HVAC / Mechanical Business Development professional who actually understands how work is won, not just chased? We’re partnering with one of Scotland’s most respected HVAC & Mechanical contractors, a business with a strong delivery reputation, repeat clients, and a serious growth strategy. They’re not hiring a salesperson. They’re hiring someone who can shape the next stage of the company’s expansion. Why This Role Is Different: * You won’t be cold calling off a list * You’ll work alongside a strong estimating & delivery team * You’ll have credibility in the market from day one * You’ll have real influence over growth strategy * You’ll be trusted, not micromanaged This is a senior appointment with autonomy. The Opportunity You will: * Identify and secure new HVAC & Mechanical project opportunities * Develop long-term relationships with consultants, FM providers and end clients * Shape tender strategy alongside pre-construction & operations * Strengthen and expand an already strong client base * Represent the business at senior level within the market This is a relationship-driven, technically credible role. What We Need: * Proven Business Development experience within HVAC / Mechanical / Building Services * A strong industry network in Scotland * A track record of genuinely winning work * Technical understanding of HVAC systems & delivery models * Confidence engaging at senior stakeholder level ⚠️ This is not a role for someone without mechanical/HVAC background.
