Teach Now is seeking a Business & Economics Teacher for a high-performing secondary school in Hillingdon. Suitable for both experienced teachers and ECTs, this role involves teaching Business and Economics at KS4 and KS5 (with potential KS3), delivering engaging lessons that connect learning to real-world contexts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Business Studies and Economics
• Teach across Key Stages 4 and 5 (with potential KS3 involvement)
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress to ensure strong outcomes
• Create an inclusive learning environment that supports all students
• Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives
• Participate in wider school life, including enrichment and extracurricular activities
Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS
• Degree in Business, Economics, or a related subject
• Strong subject knowledge across Business and Economics
• Ability to plan and deliver effective lessons for KS4 and KS5
• Commitment to raising achievement and supporting all learners
• Reflective, proactive, and motivated to develop professionally
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
