Business Improvement Manager

Search are currently working exclusively with a Waste Business in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a retention agent in a newly created role within the business! Job Duties: Managing all inbound cancellation calls for the business Understanding the customers reasons behind the cancellation and provide solutions to address the issue Offering alternative service plans, discounts and anything else to retain the customer Up selling products where necessary Dealing with any billing or service issues that have contributed to the cancellation request Documenting all notes on the CRM system Ideal candidate will possess: Worked in a similar role previously Excellent communication skills Ability to work to timed deadlines Problem solving Microsoft proficient Whats on offer: Salary up to £30,000 per annum 20 days annual leave (plus banks on top) Monday to Friday - 9 -5 5 days on site Free on site parking Bonus scheme up to £2000 per year paid meeting KPISSearch is an equal opportunities recruiter and we welcome applications from all suitably skilled or qualified applicants, regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/beliefs, sexual orientation or age
