TailorEDucation is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to work five days per week in a school based in the Maidstone area. Experience teaching Health & Social Care, Criminology and Travel & Tourism would also be desirable. This is a planning and marking role on a supply basis, ideal for a qualified teacher who is passionate about delivering high-quality lessons and driving pupil progress. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing and marking pupils’ work, and maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment. You will inspire students to develop their knowledge, critical thinking, and analytical skills while ensuring all learners are supported to achieve their best. Key responsibilities include: Planning and delivering high quality lessons Marking and assessing student work in line with school policies Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners Managing classroom behaviour effectively Supporting pupils’ academic progress and wellbeing Working collaboratively with school staff and leadership TailorEDucation works in partnership with a wide range of supportive and inclusive schools across the UK.
