Business Support Administrator (Temp to Perm) Location: Crewe Working Pattern: Office-based (with occasional hybrid working) Pay Rate: £13.35 – £15.50 per hour (depending on experience) We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large international manufacturing company based in Crewe. They are seeking a Business Support Administrator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and essential SAP experience. Key Responsibilities * Processing customer orders using SAP * Raising purchase orders via SAP * Coordinating order dispatch * Invoicing orders once goods are dispatched * Communicating delivery updates to customers * Creating part codes (full training provided) * Managing email enquiries * Supporting colleagues with stock enquiries using SAP * Handling general administrative duties as required * Preparing commercial invoices * Managing Certificates of Conformity (CofC’s) * Booking transport and logistics Requirements * Previous experience using SAP (essential) * Strong administrative and organisational skills * Excellent communication skills * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
