Key Responsibilities

Deliver efficient, reliable administrative support to the wider team
Handle incoming enquiries, take accurate messages and assist with meeting coordination
Produce high‑quality documents and correspondence
Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure records are kept up to date
Support with organising events, managing diaries, booking travel and arranging meetings
Oversee meeting room logistics and greet external visitors with professionalism
Undertake a range of general office duties to support the smooth running of the business

What We're Looking For

Previous office experience in a similar role is essential, ideally within a corporate environment
Strong organisational ability and a proactive mindset
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Confidence in managing your workload and prioritising effectively
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
A professional, positive and can‑do attitude
