Our client, a leading automotive manufacturing business, is looking for an experienced Buyer to join their growing organisation. The successful candidate will have experience working within the manufacturing industry, in a fast-paced procurement role, dealing with many suppliers and commodities.   Buyer   Permanent Salary dependent on experience Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 2pm Minworth - Site based   Buyer Job Description Lead strategic development of functional commodity space Day to day commercial management of the supplier base Negotiate prices and contract terms Manage RFQ to SOP, including NPI Manage supplier delivery issues /negotiate claims  Buyer Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications Previously worked within the manufacturing industry, automotive is highly desirable Well versed working in a Buyer role or similar Experienced working within a fast-paced environment  Buyer Company Benefits 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Life assurance x3 salary Company pension, 4.5% employer contribution On site restaurant  If you feel you’re a good fit for this position, please click ‘apply
