Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner

Multi Trades Recruitment is looking for an experienced Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner to begin work for a well-established bespoke furniture manufacturer in the Edinburgh area.

About the role:

* Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm, Friday 7:30am-12:30pm

* 39 hours per week

* Pay Rate - £17.00-£19.00 per hour, dependent on experience

* Manufacturing high-quality bespoke furniture within a busy workshop environment

* Working accurately from technical drawings

* Using woodworking tools, machinery and equipment

* Producing work to a high standard of finish

* Fitting experience would be advantageous but is not essential

* Long-term work for the right candidate

* Permanent and temp-to-perm opportunities available

* Start: ASAP

About You:

* High work ethic & team player

* Punctual & reliable

* You must be an experienced/time-served Cabinet Maker / Bench Joiner

* Ideally 5+ years' relevant experience

* Confident working independently from technical drawings

* Experienced using woodworking machinery and hand/power tools

* Strong attention to detail

* Previous bespoke furniture/joinery experience preferred

* Portfolio or examples of previous work would be advantageous
