CAD Engineer / Draftsman

CAD Engineer / Draftsman Manchester (Hybrid / Predominantly Remote) Duration: 2–4 weeks Commitment: Approx. 2 days per week We are currently seeking a CAD Engineer / Draftsman to support a manufacturing facility in Manchester on a short-term contract basis. This is a straightforward but important assignment focused on updating and creating site drawings to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of the facility. Scope of Work * Update existing site layout drawings * Produce new drawings for previously undocumented areas, including: * Roof voids * Service spaces * Ensure drawings are accurate, clear, and aligned with site requirements Requirements * Proven experience as a CAD Engineer / Draftsman within a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment * Proficiency in AutoCAD (or similar CAD software) * Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and accuracy Working Arrangement * Predominantly remote, with occasional site visits in Manchester as required * Flexible engagement – approx. 2 days per week for 2–4 weeks Additional Information * Outside IR35 * Immediate start preferred
