We are looking for a data-driven, German-speaking Campaign Manager to lead the execution of our Owned & Operated (O&O) traffic channels across Europe. This isn't just about sending emails-it's about scaling impact through automation and delivering a world-class e-commerce experience.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a program management pro who lives and breathes high ownership and insisting on high standards. You don't just run campaigns; you optimize the systems behind them.

Strategic Executor: You've led end-to-end traffic campaigns (Email, Push, Onsite) within e-commerce or grocery industries.
Efficiency Expert: You have a "work smart" mindset, leveraging automation tools and templates to eliminate repetitive tasks.
Stakeholder Lead: You're comfortable being the primary point of contact for local marketing teams, ensuring creative and copy are pitch-perfect.
Technical Auditor: You have the aptitude to monitor real-time performance and the analytical "spidey-sense" to optimize on the fly.Key Responsibilities

Multi-Market Deployment: Own the setup and deployment of O&O campaigns in 2+ European languages (German/English).
End-to-End Coordination: Partner with local marketing teams to align on strategy, messaging, and creative assets.
Optimization & Analytics: Monitor live metrics and collaborate with central analytics to turn data into actionable future strategies.
Quality Bar Raiser: Conduct rigorous pre-launch checks to ensure a seamless customer experience and brand alignment.
Market Expert: Act as the local language authority for the growth marketing team, troubleshooting and scheduling across multiple markets.Basic Qualifications

Native-level German fluency and professional fluency in English.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM, web analytics, and lifecycle marketing.
Hands-on experience with Excel/Tableau (including macros, pivot tables, and data manipulation).
A track record of using data to measure impact and drive continuous improvement
