Campaign Manager
Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven Campaign Manager to own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Taboola, with full accountability for CPA and CPL performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, and Taboola
* Own and improve CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates
* Build and manage UTM tracking frameworks for accurate attribution
* Set up and manage pixels, conversion events, and tracking via Google Tag Manager
* Analyse full funnel performance (ad → landing page → conversion) and reduce drop-off
* Continuously A/B test audiences, creatives, and landing pages
* Collaborate on and optimise landing pages to improve conversion rates
* Allocate and manage budgets based on performance data
* Produce clear, insight-led performance reports
Key Requirements
* Proven experience managing paid media with ownership of CPA/CPL targets
* Hands-on expertise in:
* Meta Ads Manager (campaign structure, pixel/event optimisation)
* Google Ads
* Taboola / native platforms
* Strong understanding of:
* UTMs, attribution models, and tracking accuracy
* Conversion tracking (pixels, events, GTM)
* Landing page optimisation / CRO principles
* Proficient in:
* GA4 (Google Analytics)
* Google Tag Manager
* Reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio)
* Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimise campaigns and scale efficiently
