Apply NowWe are actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to work for a site based in the Stoke/Staffordshire area with on an interim basis for a minimum of 4-6 months.
Position: Capital Project Manager
Location: Stoke & Staffordshire
Salary Range: £350 – 400 per day
The Role
* Manage major capital projects from feasibility to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality and sustainability standards.
* Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, design standards, and building control processes, applying industry best practices throughout all project stages.
* Lead and coordinate internal and external project teams, consultants, and contractors, including procurement and contract management.
* Develop and implement project policies and strategies, contribute to continuous improvement and post-project evaluations.
* Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage communication with a wide range of internal and external partners.
Requirements
* Worked in a commercial environment
* Managed Capital budgets
* Managed the lifecycle of assets
* Managed Small works up to £1 million
* Stakeholder management/contractor management
* Managed projects from start to full competition
* Contributed to the risk management processes
* Managed multiple projects at once & a variety of types
