This role offers a rewarding career within a well-established, multi-franchise dealer group recognised for excellence across South West England and South Wales. As a key member of the sales team, the new/used car sales executive will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to develop their career in the motor trade sector.

Basic salary of £19,000 with a company car or £23,000 without
Uncapped commission scheme, with potential earnings exceeding £45,000 annually
30 days holiday allowance, including bank holidays with a day off in lieu

Working hours: five-day week, Monday to Saturday, with one Saturday off per monthDuties of the Car Sales Executive:
Sell approximately 15 new and used vehicles per month, from city cars to SUVs
Assist customers in selecting add-ons, accessories, finance, insurance products, and extended warranties
Keep customers informed about vehicle delivery statuses and manage any delays
Resolve customer queries efficiently and collect payment before vehicle handover
Explain warranty and service arrangements, introducing customers to aftersales departments
Demonstrate vehicle features and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering an excellent sales experience
Work independently and proactively seek sales opportunities, consistently aiming to meet or exceed targetsRequirements of the Car Sales Executive:
Proven successful experience in vehicle sales, or strong background in related sales roles
Passion for delivering results and building customer relationships
Brand-focused with the ability to work independently
Possession of a UK driving licence with minimal points
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to professional development and exceeding sales objectives
