Job Overview
Join our dynamic Cardiac Theatre team as a vital member dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiac surgical care. In this role, you will support complex cardiac procedures by ensuring a sterile, efficient, and well-coordinated operating environment. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes, providing critical support before, during, and after surgeries. Role Highlights:
* Assist in advanced cardiac procedures
* Maintain a sterile and efficient theatre environment
* Monitor patient vital signs and document care using EMR/EHR systems
* Work closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and ICU teams
Requirements:
* Valid NMC PIN (UK)
* Minimum 6 months experience in Cardiac Theatre / Operating Room
* Strong knowledge of cardiac surgery and aseptic techniques
* ICU/PICU or trauma experience preferred
* BLS required; ACLS desirable
