We are currently recruiting for a Care and Activities Coordinator to help maintain and develop our services. Core Duties & Responsibilities as Care and Activities Coordinator: Roster and template care calls using an electronic system Support the day-to-day coordination of care staff, care plans, and service delivery Monitor quality, respond to issues promptly, and work alongside the Branch Manager to maintain high standards Plan and deliver meaningful activities that promote wellbeing, independence, and social interaction Participate in the on-call rota and provide emergency cover where required As a Care and Activities Coordinator, you will be offered the following: Salary £25,500 Company issued mobile phone Ongoing support and Professional Development 20 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays Opportunity to work in an expanding leading home care provider We are looking for a Care and Activities Coordinator to join us who is: 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people Flexible to cover on call to meet the needs of the business (essential) Knowledgeable of CQC standards and compliance (essential) Experienced in care coordinating, activities, or working within Health & Social Care Organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment If you have the skills and experience listed above and are interested in working for an organisation that can really make a difference to people’s lives, then this could be your next role
