Care Co-ordinator for a Busy Domicillary Care Company based in Mitcham, Surrey. Office based role. We are looking for a Care Co-ordinator that will focus on ensuring functional rostering, assessing and reviewing of client care plans, alongside the office team of 8. The company supplies over 1200 hours care. You will have:- • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with different kinds of people • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare comprehensive reports • Passion for helping people and providing personalised care • Strong leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate others • In-depth understanding of the organisation’s policies and medical regulations • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for patients • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft office tools such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time Ideally the right candidate will have:- * had previous experience within the Domicillary Health Field. * Have used CM2000, PeoplePlanner, * Have worked in a busy office enviroment * you will have a clear and consise understanding of compliance and regulatory standards. * want to prioritising client satisfaction. * QCF Level 3 Qualification in Health & Social Care * have an awareness of how to use Rostering Systems within the Health & Social Care. * Have confident skills within the Admin sector, including note taking, computers, telephones and more. You will be provided with * an excellent renumeration package £26k -£28k pa (additonal earnings for the oncall also.-excellent rates for this also.) * a lovely bubbly working environment with a team of 8 highly experienced internal office staff. * a care team of over 45 care staff * an experienced hands on Registered Manager who leads from the front. * ongoing training and development to ensure you can move up the ladder. Our client is looking for someone to join this busy expanding team as soon as possible, but willing to wait for the right candidate. They are interviewing on a 2 stage interview process, the first being on a teams call and the second stage being face to face interview in person. **You must have the right to work within the UK with no restrictions to your RTW, our client is unable to offer any form of sponsorship - if you require this we would politely request you do not apply for the role.** In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, our client requires and will ensure that an Enhanced DBS, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks iare carried out n line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
