It is rated Good by the CQC and is known locally for its compassionate care and professional culture. The Role As Home Manager, you will: Lead, inspire, and develop the care team. Ensure high-quality, person-centred care and CQC compliance. Manage budgets, occupancy, and operational performance. Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and stakeholders. Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and continuous improvement.This is a visible leadership role where your experience will directly influence the quality of care and the home’s continued success. About You Registered Manager of a 30+ bed care home with at least 3 years’ experience Achieved and maintained a Good CQC rating.
