You will be supporting people in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity through high‑quality personal and practical care. This role is ideal for someone with a naturally warm, personable manner. No previous care experience is required — full training is provided. Essential Requirements To apply, you must meet all of the following: • Full UK driving licence • Access to your own motor vehicle for work • Valid and unrestricted Right to Work in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship) • Ability to work in Romford, Brentwood, Chelmsford, Dagenham or Basildon • Well presented, polite, and able to communicate clearly • A genuine caring nature and desire to support vulnerable people Applications that do not meet the above essential criteria cannot be considered.
