Rate: £19.80 per hour (equivalent to £41,270 per annum)
We are seeking experienced Carpenters to join a Responsive Repairs team, working across a North East housing portfolio on a temporary basis.
A company van will be provided for business use. A full UK driving licence is essential, and candidates must supply their own hand tools (power tools will be provided).
Key Responsibilities:
Internal and external door fitting
Splice repairs
General locksmith work
Bathroom subfloors, bath panels, and framework
Kitchen repairs and refits
General maintenance and repair workDesirable Skills:
Internal and external window repairs (including single and double glazing)
Door repairs and lock refits
NVQ or City & Guilds If this role is of interest then please apply asap
